National Redbone Coonhound Association
National days are almost here. July 2,3 an 4. Lagrange IN is the place to be.
Something to keep in mind when Days roll around. Getting officers always seems
to be a chore. Why not think about stepping up. Without officers where is there
is no direction for this association.
What are you thoughts on a web page for this association ? I you think can you
remember the days before shock collars or even tracking collars ? The hi- tech
revolution changed us. Computers are common these days.
I got a hold of Scott Brewer. He said he made Southern Days. He had a couple of
good casts. He said that he has 3 nice hounds. 2 are gonna be competition hounds
an the other is just a pleasure hound. He said he got into hunting in 2003.
Talked to Woody Brinson. He says that his 2 dogs he has now are probably the
best he's ever had. He says he don't trace the bloodlines. His 67 an leaves the
competition to the younger guys. He's says if the dogs get deep on him he has
some help to go get them. He said he has hunted some with Paul an Allen
Gingerich when Days was at Lagrange last time. His Ranger dog made Grand Nite
Champion at the zone 3 hunt in Oak Harbor. He says ole Ranger is a joy to hunt.
He says he keeps hanging around an try to thank the lord for letting him see
another day. He has had some health issues. He says most people you see at
American days you are more than likely to see at National Days. He says he likes
to see the people an talk to them.
I should be at Lagrange. See you then
